i. Source supplies and products, and negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts, agreements, and pricings;

ii. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of procured supplies and products;

iii. Review quality of purchased supplies and products;

iv. Monitor and perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary;

v. Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received supplies and stock;

vi. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses;

vii. Conduct product research and compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;

viii. Conduct research and source new suppliers and vendors;

ix. Establish professional relationships with vendors and suppliers;

x. Coordinate with the suppliers and the concerning entities for the efficient delivery of supplies and products;

xi. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; and

xii. Perform other tasks as may be instructed by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
