Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze revenue, profitability, margins, pricing, and operating costs across products, customers, and channels.
  • Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable commentary for management.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, discounts, and customer programs.
  • Provide financial guidance to support commercial strategies, go-to-market plans, and business initiatives.
  • Attend business reviews and present financial insights to stakeholders.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Track commercial performance metrics and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial reporting.

Financial Modeling

  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and commercial initiatives.
  • Conduct ROI/NPV analysis for marketing spend, new programs, capex, and strategic projects.

Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards.
  • Support audit requirements and provide documentation as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Commercial Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
  • FP&A: 3 years (Preferred)
