Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Barangay Palingon-Tipas, Taguig City, Philippines

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Commercial Finance Manager plays a key strategic role in driving the company's business performance. This position partners closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making, profitability improvement, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, providing financial insights and recommendations to guide commercial decisions.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for revenues, margins, and expenses.
  • Conduct profitability and pricing analysis by product, customer, or region to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Support the evaluation and development of business cases, commercial initiatives, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for business review meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Controllership teams to maintain accurate and reliable financial data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, pricing, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to business actions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
