Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for a driven, analytical, and client-facing professional who can own project delivery, manage relationships with international clients, and guide complex commercial and strategic engagements across Southeast Asia.

The Commercial Manager will lead end-to-end project execution — from strategic market assessments to transaction advisory — working closely with global gaming, crypto, and fintech clients, as well as senior partners, investors, and legal and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in delivering strategic advisory and commercial solutions to clients.
  • Manage day-to-day client engagements with international companies entering or expanding in Southeast Asia.
  • Drive commercial due diligence, market entry strategies, M&A evaluations, and investment assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior management, industry experts, and partners to deliver actionable insights and strategies.
  • Support business development and client relationship management, including proposal writing and pitch participation.
  • Oversee research, analysis, and preparation of high-quality client deliverables (presentations, reports, financial models).
  • Mentor consultants and analysts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (Business, Economics, Finance, or related field).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or similar fields.
  • Experience managing international clients and cross-border projects.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • MBA from a globally recognized institution is an advantage.
  • Passion for emerging industries — gaming, crypto, fintech, telco, and digital transformation.
