We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to join our team in Makati. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR/Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and a good understanding of HR operations.

Job Description – Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist

Location: Makati, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation).

Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide hiring strategies.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness).

Operations (30%)

Support HR operations including Onboarding, employee records, documentation, and compliance.

Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Handle HR reports, attendance, and coordination with payroll team.

Provide operational support to local office administration as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in recruitment; exposure to HR operations preferred.

Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and hiring practices in the Philippines market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
