About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cashier Server to join our company at Four30 Gastropub in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing sales transactions. This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our vibrant and growing retail organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash counter area
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Report "End of the day" Sales performance daily.
  • Accomplish reports given by the management daily
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Proficient in using cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer skills
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
