HIRING: FULL-TIME FOOD SERVER / WAITER, CASHIER & BARTENDER

Location: Makati

A cool, hip, and modern vegan restaurant and bar is looking for team members with character, charisma, and energy.

About the Role

You'll be part of a dynamic service team — greeting guests, taking orders, running food and drinks, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll also handle cashier duties, process payments, and, if assigned to the bar, prepare beverages and cocktails.

We're looking for quick, competent, and friendly individuals who can think on their feet, multitask, and keep calm during busy hours.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages with speed, care, and attention to detail.
  • Handle POS and cashier transactions (cash, card, GCash, etc.).
  • Prepare basic beverages and assist bartenders during service.
  • Ensure all tables, service areas, and bar counters are clean and organized.
  • Upsell specials and promote menu items.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and vendor coordination when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience (graduates in Hospitality preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of cocktails, coffee, and wine preferred.
  • Professional, neat, and confident appearance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati and on any shift (AM/PM/night).
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.
  • Food safety training is a plus.
