Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive International Technical Sales Engineer to drive the global expansion of our industrial ultrasonic cleaning systems. This critical role is based in Xternity Services Inc. in Cebu, which serves as the back office for our manufacturing operations in China, focused on producing these advanced industrial cleaning machines.

You will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing international distributor network, serving as the primary technical authority for our industrial cleaning machine sales and complex customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality, accurate technical solutions are provided to our B2B customers.

You will also play a key role in bridging technical expertise with sales execution, acting as a vital coordinator within the sales and operations teams, especially in supporting and enhancing the capabilities of existing team members like Fred and Klever. This position demands a strong ownership mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Distributor Network Leadership & Sales Enablement

  2. Build and manage a high-performing network of international distributors across strategic regions (Europe, Asia, Americas).

  3. Onboard new distributors, supporting them on product features, applications, competitive advantages, and value propositions.
  4. Maintain strong communication to guide technical sales and project negotiations.
  5. Track open deals, follow up on quotations, and provide direct support to distributors throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Coordinate with marketing to localize and ensure accuracy of presentations, manuals, and technical sales materials.

  7. Advanced Technical Sales & Inquiry Management (Industrial Machines Focus)

  8. Act as the go-to expert for technical inquiries related to industrial ultrasonic cleaners.

  9. Handle troubleshooting, product assistance, and installation guidance via email and occasional calls.
  10. Proactively engage potential B2B customers to introduce products and generate new leads.
  11. Ensure all quotations are technically accurate and complete (e.g., frequency, power, configuration).
  12. Conduct remote product demonstrations and represent the factory brand in key meetings.

  13. Internal Team Coordination & Performance Enhancement

  14. Provide technical guidance to internal sales staff on specs, requirements, and strategy.

  15. Maintain updated records of contacts, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  16. Submit weekly updates to the CEO on distributor status, project timelines, and forecasts.

  17. Market Intelligence & Automation Integration

  18. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable strategic feedback.

  19. Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation tools to improve sales, lead tracking, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
  • Experience of 3+ years in technical sales or industrial equipment distribution which involves translating product specs (frequency, power) into customer value, exposure to handling cross-border logistics (VAT, customs), troubleshooting technical issues, and other relevant tasks
  • Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and handles pressure while maintaining quality
  • Preferably with experience in industrial cleaning systems or ultrasonic technology and B2B industrial sales
  • Must take initiative and accountability with meticulous attention to technical accuracy
  • Has passion for innovation and enthusiasm in using AI/automation to improve sales processes
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our office in Cebu City to effectively collaborate with our international sales and operations teams.
