JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for the support in the development and success of the Corporate Marketing function of the hotel.

· Responsible to organize and manage specific marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotional events from conception through to completion.

· Carries out duties for the management.

  • develops promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through delivery
  • takes responsibility for originating and planning campaigns in conjunction with the Hotel/Operations Manager
  • supports the overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally
  • provides progress reports on campaigns through branch meetings and one to one interviews with operations personnel to ensure effective communication in the operation
  • attends performances and other events as required out of normal office hour
  • supplies sufficient information and analysis to management to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity

· Manages specific Corporate marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • handles the implementation of the marketing strategies and campaigns with specific objectives and targets as agreed and approved by the management
  • maintains liaison with external and internal suppliers/contractors to ensure delivery of marketing materials on time
  • provides accurate and creative proposal and proof reading skills and working to pre-agreed deadlines
  • ensures that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively to the branch
  • handles corporate marketing such as social media management, rewards and other customer loyalty program, corporate tie-ups and social advocacy projects

· Evaluates and reports to management.

  • monitors the financial position of agreed areas responsibility, working with pre-determined budgetary restrictions
  • supplies information on the monthly basis to allow overall branch reports to be prepared
  • maintains relevant statistics and information relating to the overall operation of the hotel using statistics marketing activity, positive and negative clients responses, direct marketing campaigns

· Performs other task that may be assigned by an immediate supervisor from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

· Graduate of any four (4) year Business course

· With at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience of the same capacity

· With experience in a hotel industry is an advantage
