Job Summary

We are looking for a SEO Specialist to optimize websites, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic growth for our clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience with SEO strategy, technical optimization, keyword research, and content planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities to improve rankings.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry best practices.

On-Page & Technical SEO

  • Optimize website pages, meta tags, headers, and content for target keywords.
  • Improve site structure, internal linking, and user experience.
  • Conduct technical audits and fix crawl, indexing, and performance issues.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Identify outreach opportunities with high-quality websites and partners.
  • Monitor backlinks and disavow harmful links when necessary.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Generate regular performance reports for clients and management.
  • Use insights to refine SEO campaigns and improve ROI.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
  • Provide recommendations to marketing teams to align SEO with overall strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation
