Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 
Credit Controller
 to join our Finance team. You'll be responsible for ensuring our financial records are accurate and up to date, managing invoices and payments, and supporting our credit control process. If you enjoy working with numbers, problem-solving, and keeping things organised, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Sales Ledger & Credit Control

  • Process new customer accounts.
  • Accurately allocate and enter payments.
  • Manage the full credit control process — from sending statements to initiating legal action if necessary.
  • Monitor and minimise aged debt.

Administration & Compliance

  • Provide general office administration support.
  • Assist with maintaining compliance certifications.
  • Ensure adherence to company values, policies, and Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, or similar finance role.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations.
  • Proficient in Xero, Sage 50 (or similar), and Microsoft Excel (including formulas and spreadsheet creation).
  • Strong data entry skills with the ability to spot numerical errors and discrepancies.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with ERP & CRM systems.
  • AAT qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga
  • Willingness to work during UK shift hours (3 PM to 12 AM MNL Time)
