Help shape the next generation of Converge leaders. We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Early Careers Program Manager to lead and grow Converge's early talent initiatives. In this role, you'll design and drive high-impact programs that identify, develop, and prepare young talent for business-critical roles. From flagship management trainee tracks to scalable university partnerships, you'll play a key role in positioning Converge as an employer of choice while ensuring alignment with our evolving talent and capability needs.

What You'll do Future Forward Program: Design & Execution

  • Lead the structure, development goals, and rollout of our management trainee program
  • Co-develop candidate criteria, selection tools, and evaluation rubrics
  • Design learning journeys, rotations, and mentorship experiences in collaboration with People and business leads
  • Manage onboarding, milestones, performance tracking, and conversion planning
  • Serve as the anchor and go-to support for trainees, guiding, mentoring, and ensuring they feel empowered and set up for success throughout the program
  • Track and report on program success metrics and outcomes

Early Careers Strategy & Program Development

  • Create and implement initiatives to attract and develop young talent, such as:
  • Enhanced internship programs or graduate pipelines
  • University partnerships, industry-linked projects, or faculty immersions
  • Innovation challenges, competitions, or career immersion programs
  • Pilot, evaluate, and scale successful programs across regions and business groups
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform and future-proof our early talent strategies Stakeholder & Program Management
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal teams, business sponsors, and university partners
  • Manage program calendars, engagement events, and communications
  • Consolidate and present insights, feedback, and reporting to improve delivery and impact

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in early careers, talent development, employer branding, or campus recruitment
  • Strong track record in program design, project management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate talent needs into scalable, high-quality programs
  • Experience working with universities, student communities, and Gen Z talent
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
