The Role:

Help customers understand the value of our products and services. To achieve this, you need a deep understanding of our products and all its features, the underlying technology, our customers' needs and market developments including competing products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities of the technical team, including ticket management and strategic projects, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between technical and sales teams
  • Help provide solution design and best practices to customers
  • Help scope customer's ICT requirements, from a business and technical perspective
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
  • Help perform configuration for price information, technical specifications, product offering
  • Work closely with Customer and Sales to ensure successful POC and closure of the sales process

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role is a plus

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

Must also have experience in any of the following:

  • Data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and switching

  • Server infrastructure and hardware

  • Data Center solution spaces: HyperConverged, Virtualization, Storage, Cloud Computing, Containers etc.

  • Cybersecurity - Firewalls, End point protection, IPSec VPN, Authentication (RADIUS, LDAP, etc), UTM, etc.

  • Administrator level working knowledge of Windows, Linux or Unix skills an advantage
