About the role

This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer support to clients, handling a range of inquiries and ensuring we deliver the highest levels of service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to email enquiries
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the telecoms industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  6. Fluency in both English and Tagalog
