Zenith Mobility Solutions Services, Inc. (ZMSSI), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Project Engineer. The successful candidates will be hired directly by ZMSSI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedules and deploys elevator technicians to projects in need of maintenance and repair
  • Identifies parts of elevator recommended for immediate repair, replacement, or purchase
  • Monitors progress on repair and maintenance of elevators
  • Checks preventive maintenance report
  • Conducts annual audit of elevators
  • Ensures consistent quality service, implementation of safety standards and timeliness of repair and maintenance
  • Researches, recommends, and implements approved means and ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness of elevator maintenance and repair services
  • Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports for maintenance status and audit of elevators

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
  • With professional license is a plus but not required
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Experience in Elevator Maintenance projects is an advantage but not required
  • With excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to do field work
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
