Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Cagayan De Oro City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, presenting technical solutions, and handling customer service inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales processes
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plus
