About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Preventative Maintenance professional to join our team in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities by proactively maintaining and servicing our equipment and infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular inspections and servicing of all assigned equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and address potential issues before they arise
  • Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to optimise performance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any breakdowns or malfunctions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and reporting on the condition of assets
  • Collaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a preventative maintenance or handyperson role
  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
