Responsible for Planning, Directing, & Overseeing the utilization and performance of all production equipment through implementation of Quality, Productivity, Safety and Cost improvement plans. Ensures Disciplined and Competent crew of engineers and technicians, structured organization and the appropriate management of such resources in order to support the overall operation of the company. Job Qualification: BS Graduate of any Engineering Course At least 1 year of Experienced in a Managerial Position. At least 5 years of Experienced in a Manufacturing Company handling Maintenance Group. With in-depth knowledge of experience in equipment operation, logistics, probability, statistics, repair and maintenance cost, preventive and predictive maintenance. Competent on planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the organization. Experience in the operation and maintenance of chemical machines (horizontal and plating machines) and SMT lines / machines. Knowledge on the DMAIC approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
