JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Vocational graduate or TESDA-certified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- With at least 1–2 years related experience
- Knowledgeable in air-con installation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair
- Can read and interpret technical manuals
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site
- With good communication and time-management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
- Conduct regular cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Replace damaged components and ensure proper refrigerant handling
- Test system performance and ensure safety compliance
- Prepare service reports and update maintenance logs
