Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Cainta Rizal (Office based)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant will support the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling inventory, materials, tools, and supplies related to construction projects. The role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing construction materials while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment against delivery documents.
  • Properly store materials in designated areas to ensure orderliness and accessibility.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; assist in stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Issue and record materials requested by site engineers, foremen, or workers.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse at all times.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for submission to the Warehouse Supervisor/Logistics Officer.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding material needs and shortages.
  • Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or wastage.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift – if licensed/trained).
  • Assist in implementing warehouse management systems and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, preferably with experience in the construction industry.
  • At least High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Course Graduate (College level is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years warehouse or logistics experience (construction materials handling preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks when needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory systems or MS Office applications is an advantage.

  • Flexible and willing to be assigned at project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
