Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Logistics Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the loading and unloading of goods, perform heavy lifting, help with organizing items in the warehouse, and may also assist with selling items as needed. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods from trucks and other delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods, including bulky or heavy items.
  • Organize, arrange, and store items in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate placement and proper labeling of items for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work with team members to fulfill daily logistics tasks and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in basic inventory counts and stock checking as needed.
  • Support sales team by handling customer inquiries and assisting with selling or recommending items when required.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of goods to avoid damage.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Basic communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Senior Highs School Graduate
  • Forklift operations or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
