IT Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in an I.T. support role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security measures, and data management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist end-users.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in WMS / Warehouse Management System is an advantage but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers, databases, and other I.T. infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other department members to develop and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security measures are in place.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
