Job Summary:

Reports directly to the Technical Manager, and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory equipment supplied to the clients. The role supports the technical team in ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and that all service standards are met.

Office Location: Inside Greenwoods Executive Village (Pasig/Cainta/Taytay)

Key responsibilities

  • Performs inpection and installation of laboratory equipment.
  • Executes both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance. This involves advanced troubleshooting of complex hardware/software issues and repairing or replacing faulty components.
  • Conducts calibration and performance verification of laboratory equipment
  • Serves as the primary technical point of contact, providing both on-site and remote/phone support, and actively building strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintains detailed service records (work orders, service reports, etc.)
  • Provides operational and maintenance training to customers
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial, Instrumentation, Computer, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

  • No prior experience is required, but an internship or hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or Field Service Technician for laboratory equipment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role.
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites across the Philippines to provide on-site service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Having a valid driver's license is a plus.
