Job Descriptions:

  • Receiving Calls (phone/emails)
  • Updating and preparation of reports for submission
  • Requesting of batteries for replacement
  • Checking of serial numbers whether warranty and updating of Master list
  • Prepare gate pass of Field Engineers for schedule service calls to be emailed at the client's office
  • Logging of Delivery Report Form and Delivery Receipt
  • Updating Weekly Report
  • Preparation of Summary Report for Service Calls
  • Sorting, Filing, Encoding of Documents
  • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
  • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
  • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels
  • Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience
  • Other task may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 2-3 yrs. course / any 4-years Course.
  • At least 1-year experience being office staff/Billing Clerk
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
  • Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
  • Attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,155.00 per month
