We are a fast-growing marketing & operations agency looking for a high-level, fast-moving Senior Video Editor who specializes in high-converting Facebook & Meta ads. This will be the core of your role.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility is to edit Facebook ads built to convert. This includes:

• Turning rough footage into polished, high-retention ads
• Editing UGC-style videos, talking-head ads, and promotional videos
• Cutting long-form content into short-form conversion assets
• Applying proven ad frameworks (hook → value → CTA)
• Creating fast-paced, clean edits optimized for direct response
• Adding captions, graphics, pattern interrupts, and motion to increase retention
• Incorporating AI tools to streamline editing and content creation
• Sourcing stock footage, b-roll, and transitions when footage is limited
• Editing testimonial videos using best practices for social proof
• Organizing, labeling, and archiving media efficiently
• Knowing how to process and prepare footage for AI voice & likeness cloning (bonus)

Although we're a construction-focused agency, most edits resemble real estate media style: clean, cinematic, premium, and storytelling-driven.

• Experienced — you've edited hundreds of ads or social videos
• Independent — you don't need constant revisions or instruction

• Resourceful — when footage is missing, you know how to fill the gaps
• AI-savvy — you understand AI tools for editing, upscaling, captions, etc.
• Creative — you know how to make videos interesting even if the footage is simple
• Detail-oriented — strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
• Reliable — you hit deadlines consistently

This is NOT a job for junior editors or those who need step-by-step direction.

This is for someone who can take ownership and produce professional-level edits fast.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Primary (Required):

• Strong experience editing Facebook/Meta direct-response ads
• Ability to produce fast-paced, high-retention content
• Expert with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, OR CapCut Desktop
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and emotional beats
• Deep familiarity with editing frameworks proven to increase conversions
• Ability to work with raw talking-head footage and turn it into engaging ads

Secondary (Bonus):

• YouTube editing
• Short-form edits (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Real estate media editing
• Testimonial editing
• Graphic design for ads
• Experience with AI voice cloning, avatar tools, or synthesis
• Ability to manage client feedback efficiently
• Color grading and audio clean-up
• Motion graphics

Location Requirement

You must be located in or near Cebu City, Philippines.

We prefer candidates who can work on-site or in a hybrid setup with a local team.
