Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and motion, with the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into polished final products for various platforms (social media, web, advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, visual style, and messaging
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, and motion design to enhance storytelling
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, pacing, and tone across all video projects
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality videos on time
  • Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in video equipment and production tools
  • Videography experience is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and color grading
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and optimization
  • Familiarity with sound design principles
