Pronto Pilates is transforming the Pilates industry by making high-quality, affordable reformer Pilates accessible to everyone. With over 10,000 members, our Content department plays a crucial role in delivering engaging and professional Pilates classes.

As we continue to expand rapidly, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and bring our brand to life through dynamic, polished video content. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is excited to contribute to a mission-driven company redefining the future of Pilates.

Success in this role is measured by producing polished edits on time, maintaining clean project files, taking initiative, and communicating clearly with the team.

• Assist the Senior Video Editor in producing weekly 45-minute Pilates classes.
• Handle offline editing responsibilities, including:
  • Organising raw media, assembling rough cuts, and maintaining a clear and efficient project structure.
  • Syncing audio and video with accuracy and consistency.
  • Applying pre-defined edits, transitions, and templates in line with established guidelines.
• Support online editing tasks, such as:
  • Refining and finalising edits for export (color grading, audio balancing, and graphics).
  • Ensuring the final output is cohesive, polished, and ready for delivery.
  • Creating light motion graphics in Adobe After Effects (e.g., title cards, lower thirds, callouts).
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Editor to apply feedback and complete revisions.
• Manage and archive digital assets efficiently to ensure files remain organised and accessible for future updates.
• Provide general support throughout the post-production workflow and assist the team with additional tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, with strong experience in offline and online editing workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail, able to identify syncing issues, continuity errors, and visual/audio inconsistencies.
• Solid understanding of post-production processes, including media organisation, rough-cut assembly, color correction, audio leveling, and export workflows.
• Skilled in creating light motion graphics in After Effects (e.g., title cards, lower thirds, callouts).
• Excellent organisational and file-management skills, maintaining clean, efficient, and accessible project structures.
• Ability to follow established templates, branding guidelines, and editing standards with accuracy and consistency.
• Takes initiative and communicates clearly, providing updates proactively without needing follow-up.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet weekly production deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bonus points for:
  • Experience collaborating with senior editors, producers, or creative leads.
  • Proficient with content management systems including BoxDrive and Notion.
  • Interest in AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Open to learning new tools, plugins, and more efficient editing workflows to support continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
  • Understands team needs and can support others effectively.
  • Familiarity with Reformer Pilates is preferred but not essential.

This is a full time, flexible hours position where you'll work remotely from the comfort of your home. While the hours are flexible, we do ask that you begin your workday by logging in no later than 11:00 am.
