
Department Manager, Human Resources

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages overall CBA preparations and negotiations. Conducts benchmarking with companies and prepares cost impact and recommendations.
- Establishes and maintains a sound and harmonious management-union, and community relations programs.
- Develops and implements Talent Acquisition strategies, including overall company Retention Programs.
- Facilitates the development of yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department managers and monitors effectiveness of trainings implemented.
- Leads Performance Management review. Ensures implementation of annual Individual Performance Planning and Appraisal of all employees and conducts analysis for skills and competencies improvement.
- Implements company promotions and rewards processes. Reviews and provides Promotions and Ranking and Recommendation Sheet (PRRS) to department managers as basis for recommendations for promotion.
- Conducts periodic review of company-wide Wage and Salary structure and other related wage and salary administration functions to ensure conformity with existing laws and corporate policies.
- Prepares reports required by Excom.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bar passer
- 15 years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people-oriented skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Application or related software
