HubSpot CRM & Marketing Support Specialist  (Remote)

About the Role
  • You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine keeping campaigns running smoothly, dashboards squeaky clean, and HubSpot humming. Think: workflow automations, clean data, lead routing, campaign support, and reporting that actually makes sense. All while collaborating with a fun, high-growth team delivering vocational training across beauty, wellness, dermal science and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, forms, dashboards & integrations.
  • Support campaign tracking, lead segmentation, and A/B test setups.
  • Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for key stakeholders (CEO, Board, Marketing).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing.
  • Train and support the Sales and Marketing team on HubSpot best practices.
Requirements About YOU
  • You're a HubSpot nerd and proud of it.
  • You get a kick out of streamlining messy workflows, diagnosing dashboard errors, and showing people how to get more out of their tech.
About YOUR Work History
  • 4–5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience (5 years preferred).
  • You've worked in fast-paced lead-gen marketing environments.
  • Experience in CRM upgrades, technical documentation, and data quality.
  • Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users.
