Our client,
a private lending and special situations investing company based in Singapore
, a looking for a suitable
candidate in the Philippines for a 6-month project,
in the first instance, and possibly a more extended role if the transaction closes.

The nature of the project will be to assist Company in their
financial due diligence
of a private company in the real estate sector.

The candidate will help evaluate mortgage loan agreements, detailed cash flows, operating agreements, financial projections, and valuations.

The candidate will work closely with Company's team in Singapore to support the project.

  • The candidate should be a qualified accountant CPA, with at least 7 years of experience at a Big 4 with cross border experience. The company will use IFRS for their accounting.
  • The candidate should be competent interacting with other international accounting firms and investment analysts.
  • The candidate should be proficient at excel and other Microsoft products.
  • The candidate should be forensic – someone with a shrewd and keen understanding of business financials with almost an investigator's diligence and attention to details.
  • The candidate should be diligent, punctual, time efficient, and committed. Strong communication skills via zoom and email are important.
  • The candidate should have cross border experience and references to support some of the examples.
