Responsibilities
:

  • Corporate Governance
  • Meeting Management
    : Oversee end-to-end coordination of meetings for the Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors, and its subordinate committees. This includes pre-alignment with stakeholders, scheduling, agenda creation, etc.
  • Director Liaison
    : Serve as the primary point of contact for communications with both internal and external directors, ensuring timely, accurate, and smooth information flow. Provide necessary support to enable directors to fulfill their duties effectively.
  • Responsible for filling annual return and other mandatory reports to the government authorities.
  • Committee Support
    : Assist in establishing and facilitating the operations of various board advisory committees, coordinating the work of committee members.
  • Resolution and Document Management
    : Be responsible for consolidating, archiving, and tracking the implementation of meeting resolutions. Draft, review, and safeguard critical legal documents such as shareholders' and board resolutions, minutes, and agreements.
  • Equity Investment & Shareholder Relations
  • Post-Investment Support
    : Assist the investment team in equity management for the existing project. Manage communications with current shareholders, maintain positive investment relationships, and address shareholder inquiries.
  • Equity Transaction Assistance
    : Support a series of equity-related changes for the company or its investment projects, including equity transfers, capital increases, and equity restructurings.
  • Structure Analysis
    : Assist in analyzing and evaluating various investment structures, assessing their potential legal, tax, and corporate governance implications to support decision-making.
  • Investment Relations Maintenance
    : Participate in preparing materials for shareholders and potential investors, such as company presentations and post-investment management analysis reports.

Qualifications
:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree or higher. A background in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred. A CPA certification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience
    : Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Requirements may be flexible for exceptionally qualified candidates.

    : Outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate across departments, efficiently interacting with senior management, board directors, and external professionals.

    : Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high attention to detail.
