Aquaculture Sales Executive

BGF Air Power Industry Corporation is launching a specialized sales division and requires a technical expert to drive it. We are looking for a Aquaculture Sales Executive who understands the lifespan of a net and the strength of a marine rope.

Job Highlights:

  • Specialized Sales: Focus on Fish Cages, Fishing Nets, and Marine Ropes.
  • Technical Credibility: Utilize your Fisheries Technologist degree to advise clients on material science, deployment, and durability.
  • Travel Required: Essential fieldwork and sales visits to ports, boatyards, and aquaculture sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Consult with clients (vessel owners, farm managers, commercial fishers) on the technical specifications of our marine products—explaining rope breaking strength, net mesh size optimization, and cage durability.
  • Sales & Account Management: Generate and manage leads, present product value based on longevity and ROI, negotiate bulk purchase agreements, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Site Assessment: Travel frequently to fishing ports and aquaculture locations to assess client needs and recommend the correct materials for their specific marine environment.
  • Market Feedback: Provide critical market insights back to BGF regarding product performance and competitor activity.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education is Mandatory: Must be a graduate of B.S. Fisheries Technology or a related scientific/marine field (e.g., Marine Engineering, Aquaculture).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and interpersonal skills essential for fieldwork.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to conduct frequent site visits; possession of a valid driver's license is preferable.
