Position Overview:

The Merchandise Production Design and Production Staff is responsible for the production and fabrication of branded merchandise and promotional materials for Dynamic Herb Sports Inc., Cebu Football Club, and its affiliated brands. This includes T-shirt and jersey printing, laser engraving, heat pressing, and other technical production processes.

The role requires both technical skill and creative precision, ensuring all merchandise meets Dynamic Herb's standards of quality, branding, and design accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment such as heat press machines, sublimation printers, vinyl cutters, laser engravers, and other related technical machines.
  • Produce high-quality branded apparel and merchandise including shirts, jerseys, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, keychains, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to finalize layouts, artwork, and production techniques.
  • Ensure color consistency, print alignment, and accurate logo placement.
  • Execute production schedules to meet deadlines for events, matches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct final quality checks prior to packaging and distribution.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe production workspace.
  • Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies, materials, and blank merchandise items.
  • Assist in the setup and merchandising of booths and displays during events and activations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is required.
  • Proficient in design and layout software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, and other related applications.
  • Skilled in operating heat press, vinyl cutter, sublimation printer, laser engraver, and other related technical machines.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in merchandise printing, creative production, or fabrication preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, and craftsmanship.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to multitask under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours during games, events, and merchandise launches.

Work Environment:

  • Based at Dynamic Herb – Borromeo Sports Complex, F. Jaca St., Inayawan, Cebu City.
  • Primarily workshop/studio-based, with occasional on-site duties during events and promotional activities.
