RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collects invoices and processes payment of local purchase transactions.
  • Reports any price discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Summarizes invoices due for payment and prepares payment proposal slip for endorsement to Treasury Section.
  • Reviews and analyzes the root cause of mismatched transactions in interim accounts and prepares recommendation report.
  • Assists in providing all necessary documentation requirements in relation to audit.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Accountancy or related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
