Job Description

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challenges within their revenue cycle operations.

  • Design and build automated test suites that are scalable, robust, and automatic, requiring minimal human intervention and support.

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives for long-range planning and lifecycle management for various automation platforms.

  • Create, implement, and adhere to operational and technical standards, best practices, processes, and procedures.

  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions.

  • Analyze client feedback to identify how test gaps and suggested mitigations will affect the test automation architecture.

  • Analyze current healthcare processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Use data analysis tools to track performance metrics and identify trends.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to operations teams during the implementation phase.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • 3+ experience with Process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management, managing multiple projects, utilizing MS Project or sim
