TASQ is hiring an operations supervisor for their call center in Cebu.

Job Overview: Operations Supervisor (Cebu)

Shift: Shifting (mostly night shifts)

Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in general customer service (post-sale tech and non-tech support for business and consumer).
  • Experience with remote customer service (phone, chat, text).
  • Call center experience with high-volume, low-complexity inquiries.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving customer issues (office setting, lower volume, complex inquiries).
  • Experience in distribution center customer service (returns, field service support).
  • Experience as a liaison between customers and production/distribution for orders.
  • Experience providing technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center.
  • This is not a sales-compensated role.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the relevant area and handle specialized projects following guidelines.
