Billing Team Supervisor – 30K Sign-On Bonus

We're looking for a results-driven Team Supervisor to join Moder Solutions Inc. in Cebu If you have a strong background in billing, customer service, and leadership, especially within the contact center, BFSI, or mortgage space, we want to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervise and guide a team of 12–20 mortgage analysts
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring daily output and quality KPIs are met
  • Conduct coaching sessions, huddles, and performance check-ins
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison with internal departments
  • Drive productivity and morale through recognition and support
  • Help the team meet or exceed SLA commitments

Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1–2 years in a contact center or customer service role
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a team or supervising agents
  • Billing experience is required
  • Familiarity with US mortgage servicing, lending, banking, or BFSI is a strong plus
  • Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City or Mandaue
