The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing effective strategies to achieve sales targets for chapel and columbarium services. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies.
- Client Relations & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and agencies.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours for chapel and columbarium services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Team & Training
- Recruit, train, and develop sales executives/agents to strengthen the sales force.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales management, preferably in memorial services, real estate, insurance, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
- License real estate broker is a plus
