Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Property Consultant located on-site in Metro Manila. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert real estate advice to clients, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and leases, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Consulting and Real Estate skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills and a proven track record in property sales
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms
  • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
