Job Title: US Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bookkeeping:

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
• Record fixed assets, liabilities, and journal entries
• Communicate with clients regarding unknown expenses and discrepancies
• File monthly GE taxes
• Request W-9 vendor forms, prepare 1099 forms at year-end
• Provide financial reporting after reconciliation and upon request
• Full-charge bookkeeping (currently for 1 client): Enter invoices and employee tip sheets, track available account balances, cut A/P checks, correspond with A/P vendors regarding payment, reconcile accounts

Payroll:

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll (currently for 45 clients)
• File monthly payroll taxes and quarterly payroll returns
• Assist with and/or complete client payroll audits
• Provide payroll reports upon request
• Prepare W-2 forms at year-end
• Add new employees, assist with employee packets at needed

ABOUT YOU:

• At least 2-3 years of full cycle Bookkeeping experience
• Payroll (PH experience is acceptable)
• Multiple client experience is nice to have
