Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Performing basic accounting procedures, e.g. A/R, A/P
• Filing of State and Federal Returns
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Payroll Processing
• Financial Statement preparation
• Client Communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to use independent judgement

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (Preferred)
• 3 Years QuickBooks Experience (QBD and QBO)
• 2+ years progressive accounting experience in public accounting or similar work environment
• Experience in preparing quarterly payroll tax returns and Department of Revenue Sales and Excise tax returns
• Strong organization, oral and written communication skillS
