OESP Inc. is looking for a strategic and people-focused Operations

Manager to lead our Education Service Center in Ortigas, Pasig City. This is not a

typical BPO campaign—this is an opportunity to manage a professional team of

Educators.

We are currently a team of 50 teachers, with a confirmed roadmap to double our

headcount by Q We need a leader who can stabilize current operations and

build the structure needed to scale to 100+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership: Oversee the daily delivery of classes, ensuring technical

stability and service quality.

Scaling & Strategy: Lead the hiring and onboarding ramp-up of 50+ new teachers in

the next 6 months.

People Management: Mentor and evaluate a team of educators. Build a culture of

retention, high performance, and continuous learning.

Process Improvement: Develop SOPs for attendance, QA, and classroom

management.

Data-Driven Management: Monitor KPIs (Attendance, Class Completion, NPS) and

report analytics to HQ.

We Are Looking For:

-Experience: 7–10 years in BPO/Call Center Operations, with at least 3 years in a

-Managerial role managing large teams (50+ FTEs).

-Education Niche: Experience in the ESL / Online Education / E-Learning sector is

highly preferred.

-The "Builder" Mindset: Proven experience in scaling teams, handling mass hiring ramp-ups, or setting up new operational workflows.

-Communication: Exceptional command of English (C1/C2 level) is non-negotiable, as

you will be the standard-bearer for our teachers.

-Education: Bachelor's degree required (Management, Education, or Communications

degrees preferred).
