Tagalog and English

Qualification needed:

  • Minimum of a Master's qualification in Psychology or Counselling
  • Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician.
  • If your Master's degree is Counselling, you must hold a valid license to practice counselling in the Philippines from a recognized professional body.

Primary role:
To provide high-quality, solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of our client companies.

Provide evidence-based counselling support.

We're looking for

  • Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework.
  • Residence in Malaysia or Philippines to support our call center
  • Tagalog and English languages essential.
  • Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field preferrable.
