Join a dynamic fractional CFO practice serving multiple growing businesses across various industries. This established practice provides strategic financial leadership to companies that need CFO-level expertise without the full-time commitment. Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 100,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time (Houston, Texas); flexible depending on needs

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and categorize credit card transactions, tagging expenses to appropriate cost centers and business sources
  • Conduct budgeting and forecasting analysis for multiple client businesses across various industries
  • Reach out to vendors, clients, and stakeholders to gather financial data and information
  • Support comprehensive financial analysis projects that inform strategic business decisions
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for client presentations and meetings
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial processes across multiple client accounts
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as business needs arise

Requirements

  • Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail for expense categorization and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder outreach
  • Proficiency with financial software, Excel, and accounting systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Bonus: Experience with fractional or consulting business models
  • Preferred: Familiarity with various industry financial structures and practices
