Job Summary:
The Sales Admin Manager is responsible in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The Sales Admin Manager will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of sales activities, ensuring that CRM is updated by consistently monitoring the administrative tasks of the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial Information Systems
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support sales meetings through scheduling and documenting minutes.
- Consolidate sales projections and demand planning.
- Track incentives, discounts, and promotional budgets.
- Track sales trip planning, advance requests, budget, and receipt filing.

Administration of Sales Group
- Align Sales Administration functions with company sales strategies.
- Manage recruitment postings, onboarding, and training programs for the sales group.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
- Oversee sales benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Supervise allocation, use, and maintenance of work tools and resources.
- Conduct regular job description reviews, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
- Oversee employee contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Manage and update the Sales Manual, ensuring policies are reviewed, implemented, and sanctions applied when necessary.
- Plan and manage department budgets, resources, and KPIs.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of assets, tools, and supplies.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Foster collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and other departments.
- Collaborate with Logistics for all outbound reporting.
- Work closely with Marketing for sales campaigns, materials, and promotions.
- Partner with System Development to improve
ERP/CRM functionality and workflows.
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 5-6 years proven experience in sales admin or similar role.
- Strong background in maintaining and monitoring a CRM system like Odoo, SalesForce, Zoho, etc.
- With experience creating and improving SOPs and policies.
- Knowledge of sales processes, terminology, and techniques.
- With experience using Odoo is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to tell team members what needs to be done.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
