FEATI University is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to lead and manage its HR functions for academic and non-teaching personnel. The HR Officer will provide strategic direction and operational management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, educational regulatory bodies, and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment and onboarding, policy and performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with government agencies and accrediting bodies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; at least 3 years of HR experience in an academic environment with supervisory exposure; strong organizational, communication, and HR systems skills; knowledge of accreditation and statutory reporting requirements.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
