DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to the OD Manager
• Facilitates Career planning, development and management
• Facilitates Succession Planning
• Facilitates Career Pathing for Supervisory, Leadership, and Technical Expertise
• Facilitates the development of Competency based training plan (All Plants and Support Teams)
• Facilitates Organization development and continuous improvement interventions leading to TDIs culture building
• Facilitate organization design, analysis, and recommendation of intervention
• Define continuous improvement initiative on Perfomance Management System based on results of its effectiveness
• Facilitation of Top management and Middle Management Strategic Planning
• Monitoring, analysis, gaps identification, root cause analysis for unachieved KPI targets and reporting of KPIs to management
• Defining recommended intervention for the achievement of KPIs.
• Plan and define needed yearly budget for the program activity, implementation, and sustenance.
• Ensure safety and security of valuable items inside the office or room.
• Trains and coaches team member/s
• Perform other duties related to the job for continuous improvement thay may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• A graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources or its equivalent, or a related course.
• Completion of an OD course is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in OD and Training and Development interventions.
• Experience in conducting training on Supervisory and Leadership courses, as well as Problem-Solving Tools
• Training in Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt is an advantage.
• Experience in e-learning development and learning management system administration is an advantage.
• Experience in process or systems documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
