Key tasks for the Role Holder/Job Profile

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or needs they may have throughout the implementation process and beyond.

  1. Collaborate with clients and internal organizational units to implement payment system projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.

  1. Manage the overall software delivery lifecycle, from project initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

  1. Maintain accurate client records, including contract details, updates, and renewals, to ensure timely and effective communication and relationship management.

  1. Work closely with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  1. Address inquiries and requests from customers promptly and effectively, providing solutions and support to meet their needs and enhance their experience.

  1. Participate in regular meetings with internal team members to discuss project progress, identify challenges, and collaborate on finding innovative solutions to improve business operations.

  1. Generate comprehensive progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
