Minimum Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Engineering course
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Summary:

  • Conducts monthly Safety Audit and 5S Audit.
  • Conducts safety orientation to new employees, contractors, subcontractors, and practicum students.
  • Provides assistance to government agencies in conducting safety and health inspection, incident investigation or any other related program within the Company.
  • Prepares and submits reports to DOLE region III regularly concerning health and safety conditions of the Company.
  • Reports to the Plant Operations Head and Safetty Management Leader, matters related to safety and health.
  • Prepares budget for the safety programs of the Company.
  • Implements and records any changes in the documented procedures resulting fromcorrective and preventive actions.
  • Assures effective implementation of OHSAS 18001.
  • Submits near miss findings every month and participates in risk assessment activities.
