JOB SUMMARY:
This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in underwriting P&C insurance products, preparing the candidate for a future leadership role within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning about the insurance industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
